Blue Door Gala 2018
On Thursday, November 15, 2018 The Ottawa Mission's Blue Door Gala is taking place at The Infinity Center.
Co-chairs Lawrence Greenspon, Sheila Whyte and Chef Michael Moffatt will lead this exciting evening bringing together corporate and community leaders inspired by the life-changing work of The Ottawa Mission. The evening will include a reception, dinner and live auction.
In partnership with the Infinity Centre’s Executive Chef Jason Peters, acclaimed Mission Chef Ric Allen-Watson and students from The Ottawa Mission’s Food Services Training Program will be preparing gourmet hor’s d’oevres and a four course meal for our guests.
The Blue Door Gala is The Ottawa Mission’s signature event held to raise funds and bring awareness to the many services and programs offered at The Mission. The “Blue Door” reference is about the colour of the front door of The Mission, where so many people enter in despair and leave with the hope and support they so desperately need for a better life.
